sweetFrog is fun! And with more than 320 stores in 27 states, it’s also in a highly competitive category. Big River helped sweetFrog uncover significant strategic insights through core customer research, leading to the development of a new social media engagement program that captured both kids and moms alike, while still providing ‘hoppin’ strong’ enticements for all customers.

Engagement Summary

We reinforced sweetFrog’s brand values by engaging loyal repeat customers as well as creating new ones. Our PRSA award-winning campaign garnered 24,000 customer engagements over seven weeks. Fan growth during the campaign was 1,471% higher than the fan growth during the same time period the prior year. Their Facebook page garnered 2.0 million impressions over the campaign—up by 1.6 million users!
