Virginia Association of Free Clinics As a part of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield's community efforts on behalf of Virginians without health insurance, Big River worked hand in hand with the Virginia Association of Free Clinics to build a more focused brand and clear communication strategy. After visiting dozens of free clinics across Virginia and talking with administrators, doctors, nurses, volunteers and patients, we created a plan from the ground up to help them get their message out to every community in Virginia. We created TV, a new website, logos and taglines as well as helping the associations with directional expertise.
