New Nurse News

Recently, Big River worked with HMC to create a new recruiting campaign across the country. If you have been reading about today’s hottest jobs, you already know that nursing is near the top because of a shortage of candidates in every health care field. Translation: It’s tough to find nurses. So it took some new recruiting thinking.

Working with Tracy Bradford at HMC and using insight from candidate research, Big River created a web, print and radio campaign that almost doubled the previous number of candidates responding to HMC’s job fair in Atlanta (the first use of the campaign). The new effort will soon roll out across all HMC cities.
