COVA Care: Supporting a better "state" of health

When Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield asked Big River to develop a new identity for COVA Care, a state employee health benefits plan, we were more than up to the challenge. Promoting a professional but friendly quality, the new logo weaves symbols of health into a relevant, visual mark that holds its own in the symbol-saturated health care industry.

The new identity makes its debut on the COVA Care Card and marks the first time that all health care providers for the Commonwealth of Virginia appear on the same, convenient card. For state employees, keeping track of their personal health care just got easier. All because of good design.
